Overnight Stocker

As an Overnight Stocker, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are fully stocked and organized for our customers' shopping experience. Stocking and Replenishment: The Overnight Stocker will be responsible for ensuring that all products and items are properly stocked and replenished on the store shelves. This includes both restocking items from the backroom and rotating products to ensure freshness and proper display.
Organization and Maintenance: The Overnight Stocker will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This includes restocking and organizing shelves, removing empty or expired products, and ensuring that aisles are clear and safe for customers.
Efficient and Timely Work: The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and independently to complete tasks within designated timeframes. This includes prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to ensure that all shelves are stocked and organized before the store opens.
Customer Service: As a member of the H-E-B team, the Overnight Stocker will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers. This includes being friendly, approachable, and willing to assist customers in finding products and answering any questions they may have.
Teamwork: While the Overnight Stocker will primarily work independently, they will also need to collaborate with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This may include assisting with other tasks as needed and maintaining open communication with team members.
Attention to Detail: The Overnight Stocker must have a keen eye for detail to ensure that all products are stocked properly, shelves are organized, and the store is clean and presentable for customers.
Product Knowledge: The Overnight Stocker should have a basic understanding of the products sold in the store to assist customers and ensure that products are placed in the correct locations.
Adherence to Safety Standards: The Overnight Stocker must adhere to all safety standards and protocols while stocking and organizing shelves. This includes properly handling and storing products, as well as reporting any safety hazards to management.
