?Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents.
?Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
?Perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, digging trenches, and moving materials.
?Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Skills
?Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
?Basic knowledge of construction techniques and tools is preferred but not required.
