ZU strives to provide a dynamic and team-oriented work environment that allows team-members to learn and gain valuable experience in the residential development industry.
WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, the ability to self-manage and a willingness to learn who is available to work 30 hours per week as a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist (1 Year Contract). This role will assist with a variety of tasks related to the collection and maintenance of new multi-family and rental housing data in ZU??s proprietary NHSLive data product. As a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist, you will:
?? Monitor project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban for information releases;
?? Making inquiries via phone to gain information not included in project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban;
?? Input sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product;
?? Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy;
?? Monitor all active development permits in relevant cities;
?? Maintain an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family projects and monitor the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status.
WHO WE??RE LOOKING FOR
?? A candidate who is confident making phone calls and requests for information;
?? Adept with technology, preferably with experience around website development;
?? Organized and resourceful with strong research skills/ abilities and ability to work from home, and a positive attitude;
?? Ability to self-manage your own workload and work effectively independently and in a team environment;
?? Excellent computer skills, including the ability to learn new software quickly, navigate Excel, MS Word, Microsoft paint, Outlook other software packages.

?? Flexible work hours at approximately 30 hours per week;
