Remote - Contact Center Inbound Customer Service - Full Time

General Duties
?? Provide customers with exceptional service via incoming calls, utilizing various systems and platforms.
?? Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions.
?? Establish and maintain customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
?? Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and an internet speed test.
?? Track Record of Excellent Attendance
?? Prior customer service experience a plus
?? Strong computer skills and typing proficiency.
?? High school diploma or equivalent experience.
?? Reliable Cell Phone for VPN Connection.
