Strapi is looking for a passionate and technically skilled Product Advocate to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Growth Marketing and Sales teams, engaging directly with users and potential customers to showcase the value of Strapi.

Why your role is important at Strapi

Are you passionate about the world of Open Source, Frontend development, and Developer Tools?

Strapi is looking for a Product Advocate with a technical background and previous Headless CMS experience.

You will partner very closely with our Growth Marketing and Sales teams. You'll have the unique opportunity to interact directly with Strapi users and prospects who are considering upgrading to Strapi Cloud or Strapi Enterprise.

What will my job look like on a daily basis

Effectively manage inbound lead flow, i.e., identify and qualify potential new customers to kick off sales cycles.

Conduct technical discovery calls to understand customer pain points and educate them on Strapi???s solutions.

Accelerate product adoption by providing support and educational resources.

Engage and assist users, prospects, and community members, ensuring a responsive and supportive experience.

Advocate effectively for Strapi as the preferred platform, demonstrating its benefits to prospects.

Meet or exceed pipeline targets.

Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts.

Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using HubSpot.

Create technical blog posts to showcase Strapi???s capabilities to drive awareness and product adoption.

About you

Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.

Ability to engage effectively with technical audiences.

A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements.

You share our values and work in accordance with those values.

Deep understanding and personal appreciation of Open Source, Headless CMS such as Strapi, and frontend technologies such as Next.js.

Passionate about being part of Strapi???s journey.

Strong interest and willingness to learn and try new things.

Previous experience as a technical SDR, or client-facing experience at a web agency is a big plus

Globally, we require excellent written and spoken English, which is our company language.
