Key Responsibilities

?? Document customer interactions accurately in the system for reference and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
?? High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
?? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
?? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.
?? Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.
?? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
?? Ability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
