Job Description:
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist with Southwest Airlines, your primary responsibility will be to enter and update data within our systems efficiently and accurately. This role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our operations.
Responsibilities: ? Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in various systems ? Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy ? Ensure data integrity and confidentiality ? Respond to data-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies ? Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and KPIs ? Communicate effectively with team members and managers
Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required ? Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred ? Strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM) ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) ? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ? Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
