Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
