Triage Nurse (Telehealth) [PRN]

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and triage patient symptoms via phone or video calls.

Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing (multi-state compact license preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a telehealth, triage, or emergency setting.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Comfortable using telehealth technology and electronic medical records.
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Prior experience with Sequence Health systems is advantageous.
