We're hiring a scheduler who is local to our Exton office, but will primarily work from home. 8am - 4pm, ET. Must have experience in Wellsky scheduling software and knowledge of the home care industry.

?? The Scheduler manages the client and caregiver schedule. They ensure that the schedule is up to date and accurate and make changes per client and caregivers requests.
?? The Schedule also handles administrative tasks for the business, including appointment confirmations and phone calls.

Responsibilities/Activities:
?? Review Schedule Daily to ensure each shift has a caregiver.
?? Take incoming phone calls and take action
?? Handle schedule changes
?? If someone calls out, communicate with other caregivers to find a new solution, whether it??s a new time or a different person to fill the shift.
?? Call the client to inform them of the change.
?? Update Wellsky.
?? Other administrative activities:
?? Send birthday cards or other correspondence
?? Clock employees in or out if asked
?? Send employee email communications
