What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?? Oversee a remote team navigating multiple technologies in a Call Center environment
?? Lead and manage a metrics-driven team while promoting business results

What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? Must reside within approximately 15 miles of the employer's specified community center
?? Safe and noise-free work environment in your residence
?? High School diploma or GED required
?? Minimum of 2 years of customer interaction or customer support experience
?? 5 or more years of direct management experience with demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams
