Experience
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable; bilingual candidates will have an advantage.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions under pressure.
