RESPONSIBILITIES: ?? Provide friendly and accurate customer service to current and potential customers ?? Use a customer-focused needs-based conversation to recommend products that will fit our customer's needs ?? Be the first point of contact for inbound calls ?? Know the proper servicing processes for basic State Farm policies (taking payments, coverage changes, Necho, ECRM, claims, etc

QUALIFICATIONS: ?? Current Property and Casualty license ?? Current Life and Health license ?? Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred ?? Marketing experience preferred ?? Spanish bilingual preferred ?? Able to make presentations to potential customers ?? Self-motivated ?? People-oriented ?? Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement ?? Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers
