About the position

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a Kronos/UKG Analyst to join their IT team in a permanent remote role with milestone travel requirements. The position involves assisting clients in navigating digital shifts through the implementation and configuration of Kronos/UKG Workforce Central and related products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Kronos/UKG suite, strong consultative skills, and the ability to work in complex technology environments.

Responsibilities
?? Implement and configure Kronos/UKG Workforce Central and/or UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.

?? Develop and support interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
,
?? Implement and configure UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules.
,
?? Configure WDM/UDM servers and Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch / DX terminals).
,
?? Work with Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics, Activities, and other UKG Pro WFM modules.
,
?? Gather detailed requirements, develop designs, and deliver solutions to clients.
,
?? Provide support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
?? 10+ years of experience implementing and configuring Kronos/UKG products.
,
?? Knowledge of full project lifecycle including requirements gathering and solution delivery.
,
?? Excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.
,
?? Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring multi-product solutions and integration of legacy systems.

Nice-to-haves
?? Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) is an advantage.

?? Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics, and Activities modules.
