We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
?? Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions

?? Maintain the general ledger and perform general ledger accounting tasks

?? Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

?? Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

?? Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies

?? Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

?? Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
,
?? Assist with tax preparation and filing
,
?? Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks
,
?? Perform 10-key typing for data entry purposes
Requirements
?? Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices

?? Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage or Quicken
,
?? Familiarity with governmental accounting regulations is a plus
,
?? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
,
?? Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
,
?? Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
,
?? Ability to perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations effectively
,
?? Proficient in using 10-key typing for data entry purposes
