Responsibilities

Requirements
?? Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

?? Track record of over-achieving quota.

?? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

?? Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

?? Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

?? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

?? Proficient in typing.

?? Flexibility with scheduling and work hours.

?? At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience.
