Requirements: ?? Active Life Insurance License: Licensed across at least 7 states. ?? Proven Sales Skills: Ability to close efficiently with excellent communication skills. ?? Integrity and Empathy: A customer-first mindset with a commitment to ethical practices.
Compensation
?? Pure commission-based earnings with tiered potential:
?? * New Agents: 30??35% per sale (~$150??$225).
?? Experienced Agents: After 200 sales, earn 45% + 2% renewals.
?? Top Performers: After 500 sales, earn 60% + 3% renewals.
?? Commissions include the first 9 months of premiums.
