As a bolt property & casualty sales agent you will:
?? Provide insurance recommendation, quotes, and issue policies
?? Present cross- sell opportunities to your clients.
?? Build client relationships based on trust and integrity
?? Make recommendations to clients based upon their needs
?? P&C License is REQUIRED, and you must have a minimum of one-year experience, selling either personal or commercial lines

Responsibilities: ?? Must work well in a fast-paced team environment ?? Confident self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment ?? Adapts well to new processes and procedures ?? Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:
?? Based on experience
?? Competitive bi-weekly sales incentives based on performance metrics
?? Up to 10% shift differential will be added for core hours ending 7:00 pm and later CST time and 8:00 pm and later EST
