This role involves managing client accounts, utilizing Salesforce, and ensuring excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities
?? Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
?? Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions and manage accounts effectively
?? Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
?? Manage projects related to client services, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
?? Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and issues
?? Communicate effectively with clients to build strong relationships and foster trust
?? Conduct account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Experience
?? Proven experience in financial services or related industry
?? Familiarity with SaaS products and services
?? Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth
?? Proficiency in customer relationship management tools like Salesforce
?? Experience in project management is a plus
?? Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
