We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Virtual Pre-K Special Education Teacher to join our team in providing high-quality, individualized remote instruction for young learners with special needs. In this role, you will help preschool students with disabilities achieve their educational goals in a virtual environment, using evidence-based strategies and interventions to support their academic, social, and emotional development. Responsibilities: Provide virtual instruction to preschool students with special needs, focusing on individualized academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development. Regularly assess students progress and adjust instruction and interventions as needed to meet goals outlined in IEPs. Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress, behavior, and any additional support needed. Foster a positive and inclusive online classroom environment that supports student engagement and participation. Provide ongoing feedback and support to students to help them develop independence and self-confidence in their learning.
Qualifications: Valid Ohio Special Education licensure with endorsement to teach Pre-K or Early Childhood Education. Experience working with young children with disabilities, including autism, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges. Knowledge of virtual teaching platforms, educational technology, and remote teaching strategies. Comfortable using technology to conduct virtual lessons and assessments.
