We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience, with full training provided and potential for advancement into management for those who excel in the role. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the customer service and sales team while contributing to the company’s success through enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
• Support Team Performance: Assist in executing programs and initiatives that drive performance toward organizational goals
• Team Assistance: Support the customer service and sales team to achieve operational objectives and maintain high-quality service
• Training & Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to new or less experienced staff, ensuring they understand their role and company values
• Quality Assurance: Review team performance to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Escalated Inquiries: Investigate and resolve escalated customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive outcome
• Customer-Centric Culture: Foster a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and loyalty, consistently striving to improve the customer experience

Qualifications
• Required: Associate’s Degree (minimum)
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

Job Requirements
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Leadership Potential: Ability to cross-train and develop team members
• Customer Retention: Experience in account retention and building lasting customer relationships
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Interpersonal Skills: Focus on active listening, conflict resolution, and positive customer interactions
