Remote Data Typist

Responsibilities
?? Input and manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently in our database systems.
?? Review and verify data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
?? Perform regular database maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality.
?? Collaborate with team members to gather necessary data from various sources and stakeholders.
?? Assist in creating reports and summaries based on the data entered to support business decisions.
?? Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries and report issues to management.
?? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with company policies regarding data protection.

Requirements
?? Proven experience as a data typist or in a similar role, preferably within the Food & Beverages industry.
?? Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a focus on detail-oriented data entry.
?? Strong knowledge of data management software and database systems.
?? Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.
?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry tools.
?? Strong organizational skills with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
