Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Process orders, refunds, and service requests as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
