About the position
The Director of Communications for Optum Health is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that support the care delivery business. This role involves serving as the lead strategic communications counsel for a care delivery region, collaborating with various internal teams to align communications with business objectives. Responsibilities

?? Manage issues and crisis communications at the local level, collaborating with partners to respond effectively.

?? Write and develop content tailored to specific audience requirements, adapting style and tone as needed.

?? Enforce quality standards for all written materials and messaging generated by the team.

Requirements
?? Extensive writing and editing experience with a focus on quality and clarity.
