Regional Property Supervisor (North Bay - 8912) **Hybrid Remote Position**

    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Oversee the fiscal, physical, and operational aspects of a portfolio of properties
  • Supervise site staff including Property Managers and Assistants
  • Conduct monthly meetings and act as a liaison between site and central office
  • Monitor and analyze monthly financial reports for each property
  • Conduct site visits at least twice a month to maintain physical assets
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of multi-site property management experience
  • Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA Guidelines
  • Proven ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports
  • Strong supervisory experience
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Current California Real Estate Sales License or ability to obtain within nine months
  • Experience in low-income multifamily housing management
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to inspire and lead teams effectively
  • Experience with compliance in property management
