About Us:
Cornerstone Youth Collective (CYC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing foundational community support services. We are seeking a Financial & Grants Manager who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in financial management, social work billing, and grant writing.
Key Responsibilities:
?? Billing & Compliance
?? Manage ProviderOne billing for Medicaid-related services in Washington.
?? Ensure compliance with Washington Labor & Industries (L&I) filing requirements.
?? Oversee and maintain accurate documentation of billing processes.
?? Payroll & Financial Management
?? Process payroll using Gusto, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.
?? Manage financial records, track expenses, and oversee budgeting.
?? Monitor organizational spending and ensure financial sustainability.
?? Grant Writing & Management
?? Identify, write, and submit grant applications to secure funding.
?? Maintain grant compliance and reporting requirements.
?? Track funding opportunities and manage grant deadlines.
?? General Accounting & Reporting
?? Maintain and reconcile financial records.
?? Prepare reports for leadership and funding agencies.
?? Ensure financial transparency and best practices.
Qualifications:
? Experience with ProviderOne billing (required).
? Familiarity with Gusto payroll processing (preferred).
? Knowledge of Washington State L&I filings and compliance (required).
? Strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, and nonprofit financial management.
? Proven experience in grant writing and fundraising.
? Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain financial accuracy.
