Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored for students with special needs.
Collaborate effectively with parents, educators, and other professionals to design and execute strategies that align with students learning objectives.
Provide personalized instruction through one-on-one and small group settings, customized to individual learning styles and requirements.
Maintain precise and up-to-date records reflecting student progress, assessments, and other pertinent documentation.
Participate in virtual meetings, staff collaborations, and professional development sessions to enhance educational delivery.
Ensure that students educational needs are addressed within a safe, nurturing, and respectful online learning atmosphere.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with a strong commitment to working with students needing diverse learning approaches.
Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Exceptional time management skills to function effectively as an independent contractor.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Special Education or a related discipline.
Ohio State certification in Special Education.
Proven experience in creating and executing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
