Responsibilities
• Coach and mentor team members, currently consisting of 2-4 members.

• Meet weekly with team members to discuss their needs and client progress.

• Onboard new team members to ensure they understand processes and feel comfortable working with clients.

• Monitor service delivery by the team to meet client standards.

• Provide training tailored to individual team members.

• Maintain expert knowledge in QuickBooks and related applications.

• Deliver client services focusing on consulting, QuickBooks setup, and problem-solving.

• Communicate educational and training needs to the team.

• Research solutions to address client and team needs.

• Attend 2-3 meetings weekly, including strategy sessions with leadership.

Requirements
• Expert knowledge of QuickBooks with 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing a team and providing mentorship.

• Ability to read and interpret financial information accurately.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
