Call Center Representative ( 6 Month Contract )

Job Title: Call center representative
(6 month contract )
Location: Arlington, Virginia (Local candidates only for equipment pickup)
Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday)
2 Weeks Training onsite in Arlington, VA - 9am-6pm (Monday- Friday)
6 month contract
?? Process child care fee assistance applications promptly.
?? Enter client data into the database.
?? Determine applicant eligibility based on program requirements.
?? Assist applicants in choosing child care options and verify provider qualifications.
?? Distribute program information and required documents to child care providers.
?? Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
?? Maintain professional and respectful relationships with clients.
?? Uphold high ethical standards and confidentiality.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00
