Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Assist in coordinating digital marketing campaigns and strategies for clients.
Monitor account performance and provide clients with detailed reports and insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for clients.
Support the sales team by generating leads and following up with potential clients.
A passion for digital media and a desire to learn about the industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in using digital tools and platforms.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
