The Bilingual Spanish Beauty Advisor position at Sephora involves providing exceptional customer service through phone and chat support. Responsibilities
• Respond to client requests/inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases and service inquiries.

• Demonstrate high standards for quality service.

• Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

• Work with the quality and training team to manage performance expectations.

• Maintain open communication with team leads and managers for support and development.

• Document all client interactions accurately in the call center database.

• Adhere to schedules and deadlines for both regular and special projects.

• Exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as set by management.

• Communicate proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels.

Requirements
• 2-3 years' experience in a business/professional environment, preferably in the service industry.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume.

• Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce experience preferred.
,
• Experience with Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools.
,
• Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum.

• Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience in live chat support (1 year preferred).

• Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry (1 year preferred).

• Prior call center experience (1 year required).
