What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?? Maintain standard call volume as outlined in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
?? Engage in outbound calling when inbound call volume is low to maximize opportunities
?? Assist in achieving company and department KPIs
?? Participate in training and utilize tools and resources for professional growth
?? Address customer concerns effectively, involving management as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
?? Experience with common office hardware and software, including Microsoft Office products
?? Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
?? Strong problem-solving skills and dependability
?? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
