Enter data accurately into emails, webforms and portals
Conduct phone calls during regular business hours to coordinate public records requests. (National focus)
Maintain meticulous and organized records of all communications and case details.
Understand and adhere to public information disclosure requirements (your name may become public information).
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
