Detailed Description:
?? Live Chat Representatives will focus on moving visitors past the point of browsing to engaging in sales dialogue.
?? Representatives will establish and nurture prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals.
?? Successful agents must be able to organize, plan and execute tele-sales activities.
?? Representatives will be responsible for providing both sales and customer experience support via live chat.

Job Requirements: ?? Sales experience ?? General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills ?? Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via an online format ?? High level of familiarity with JTV.com ?? Ability to speak articulately and credibly with CC leadership ?? Strong analytical and judgment skills ?? Ability to multi-task ?? Excellent written communication skills.
