    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Extract vaccine information from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and manage scheduling and tracking for lab work, immunizations, and referrals
  • Assist with Telehealth registration and triage, providing education and preparation for diagnostic procedures
  • Schedule patients with internal providers and complete clerical and clinical tasks from EHR task boxes
  • Provide backup coverage for patient-centered representatives and operate the paging/telephone system as needed
  • Accurately enter and update patient demographic information in a timely manner
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in a medical setting
  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
  • Strong interpersonal skills for compassionate interaction with patients
  • Availability to attend mandatory staff development/training sessions
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual proficiency is desired but not required
