• Document conversations and interactions to provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist customers in navigating our website and utilizing self-service resources effectively.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide consistent and excellent service.
• Conduct follow-up chats to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a live chat environment.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers.
• Experience with customer service software and live chat platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

PAY RATE: $21.99 - $32.99 Hourly
Experience and Skills:
