Key Responsibilities:: ?? Review and assess user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, for conformity to community guidelines. ?? Identify, flag, and remove any inappropriate or harmful content according to established protocols. ?? Provide feedback to users regarding content issues when necessary and escalate complex cases to higher management. ?? Monitor community interactions and report on patterns or reoccurring issues to enhance content moderation tactics. ?? Work collaboratively with other moderators to ensure a uniform approach to moderation across the platforms. ?? Keep abreast of changing platform policies and industry best practices to inform moderation strategies. ?? Engage in training and team meetings to share knowledge and improve overall moderation effectiveness.
Requirements: ?? Fluency in Indonesian (native or equivalent), with proficiency in written and spoken English. ?? Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role is advantageous. ??
