Requirements

Responsibilities

?? Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
?? Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
?? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Educational Qualifications
