Requirement:
Minimum 2 to 30 years of experience in a customer service role.
Proven ability to handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using various computer programs and applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
