Your mission is to provide outstanding service, resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Whether its guiding customers through orders, resolving service issues, or maintaining follow-ups, your role is key to fostering loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email.
Provide accurate information on products and services.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
Assist with order placement, tracking, and follow-up.
Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service processes.
Benefits:
