Deliver exceptional patient experiences by promptly addressing inquiries and guiding callers to the appropriate resources.
Communicate any changes or cancellations in a timely manner through both written and verbal correspondence.
Assess and prioritize scheduling requests to ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Pre-register patient encounters by collecting necessary demographic and financial information for various services.
Develop a deep understanding of the scheduling system to assist patients with inquiries related to billing, insurance, and self-pay options.
