Key Responsibilities
?? Answer emails
?? Generate contracts
?? Send invoices and payment links
?? Make sure clients have the correct access
?? Manage social media
?? Schedule social media
?? Manage DMs, comments, engagement
?? Create social media posts
?? Repurpose content
?? Manage projects and send reminders for deadlines
?? Create sequences in Active Campaign
?? Attend a few set meetings a week
?? Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
?? Platforms:
?? Google Suite
?? Teachable
?? Voxer
?? Canva
?? TikTok
?? Instagram
?? Facebook
?? Active Campaign
?? DocuSign
?? ThriveCart
?? Square
Requirements
?? Experience in digital marketing (a must)
?? Ability to work a set schedule that is set by the VA Monday- Friday
?? Creative
?? Very professional
?? Good grammar and ability to write
?? Intuitively organized
?? Detail oriented
?? Self-starter
?? 20-30 hours per week
?? Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
