Cleaner for Airbnb

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sanitizing surfaces, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

• occasionally assemble welcome baskets and clean and replace linens

• Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies

• Empty trash and replace liners

• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces

• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

• take photos of completed job

• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs

• Adhere to health and safety regulations

• must be able to lift at least 30lbs - must have your own transportation

• all cleaning supplies will be provided

• must own a smart phone

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred

• Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and equipment

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

• Strong time management skills to prioritize workload effectively

Skills:

• Experience in carpet cleaning and floor care is a plus

• Familiarity with residential cleaning practices

• Ability to launder items as needed

• Knowledge of housekeeping management principles

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $80.00 per day
