- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor??s Degree or greater in Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
- Ability to define and implement strategic support processes and solutions
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills

- Experience with work management/ticketing solutions (e.g., Jira)
