• Assist patients in establishing payments through various methods, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
• Comply with company policies and procedures to provide a seamless experience for our patients.
• Achieve or surpass designated performance objectives and targets.
• Collaborate closely with team leaders and management to resolve challenges and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management to promote team success and patient contentment.
