Data Entry Clerk- REMOTE USA BASED

The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities
• Enter and update customer and project information in the database accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify data for errors and inconsistencies, taking corrective action as necessary.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files ensuring easy retrieval of information.
• Assist with administrative... tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation as needed.
• Generate reports and summaries for management as required.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance data management processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
