Job description: Job Summary
The Cargo Lead Agent assists and implements good services within the unit concerned.
Job Responsibilities
Assists on the daily supervision/control staff assignments, and other special assignments Control of staff assigned duties and equipment.
Personal presence during the daily operation at the unit concerned Maintain applicable safety and quality standards.
Comply with company's and customer policies, procedures and requirements Be aware of the local emergency plan.
Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities.
Report any irregularity and take appropriate action.
Attend to internal operations, safety, and training meetings.
Competence in directing operational assignments instructed by Supervisor on the job initial and recurrent training.

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Leadership skills.
Ability to deal with conflicts.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Customer focus and quality awareness.
