What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?? Input customer and account data by transcribing information from source documents into digital formats
?? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while performing data entry tasks
?? Compile and verify the accuracy of data, sorting information according to priorities
?? Review and correct any deficiencies or errors in data entries
?? Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations, ensuring proper backup operations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
?? Excellent computer skills with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately
?? Basic understanding of touch typing systems and database management tools
?? Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
?? Previous experience in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus
