What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Enter and maintain utility account information with high accuracy
Verify account eligibility and accessibility for customers
Prepare and distribute work orders and mass communications
Assist with the mailing of billing statements and notices
Conduct monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
Ability to pass computer skills, typing accuracy, and 10-key skills testing
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associates degree in business administration, data entry, or related fields
Additional experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
