What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Upload documents weekly to electronic files and maintain hard copies
Manage training files, online data, and physical documentation
Create and upload new candidate personnel files into the system
Maintain updated statuses for inactive employees and those returning from leave
Perform weekly audits on electronic files and hard copies to ensure data accuracy
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of two years of previous data entry experience
High School Diploma
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a busy office environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in data management or related fields
Familiarity with electronic filing systems
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
